On the way to Merrit Island today we spotted a couple of anglers fishing off the Aquaduct (where the Welland River goes under the Welland Recreational Canal), and we stopped to talk to the anglers.

Lots of people catching walleye and other things on worms/worm harnesses. Cut bait will also likely do well in there. We went out for a couple hours the other night with lures and got skunked.
